Prices shown on Decode’s website, shopping cart or product page do not include any taxes, VAT, customs fees or any other charges.
Decode has a variety of ways you can pay for your products. Orders can be paid through credit card, PayPal or wire transfer. Please contact your Decode sales representative at firstname.lastname@example.org for personal assistance.
In order to return your products for an exchange or a refund, you must first contact your Decode sales representative and request a return merchandise authorization (RMA) document. No packages will be accepted without the RMA document clearly marked on the outside of the package. After inspecting and testing, we will return your product, or its replacement using the same shipping method used to ship the product to Decode within 30 days. In your package, please include your contact telephone number and a brief explanation of the problem. All returns must comply with our Terms and Conditions.
Local pickup option means that you can choose to use one of your shipping accounts. With this option we will prepare the package and paperwork for transport and you can either share the account with us or arrange a pickup from our address. For more details please contact our sales team.
